Pete Schultz is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in driving enterprise value creation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Operations at The Hubbell Group since September 2007, Pete is responsible for strategic growth initiatives and operational maximization. Prior to this role, Pete was the VP of Operations at PCORE Electric, where responsibilities included enterprise value creation through rebranding and aligning stakeholder interests for EBITDA maximization, as well as serving on the board. Pete also gained significant experience as Operations Manager at Lapp Insulators LLC from 1997 to 2004. Pete holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from SUNY Brockport, completed in 1988.
