Sterling Silver has extensive experience in project management and operations within manufacturing and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Hubbell Incorporated since September 2015, Sterling effectively manages multiple corporate projects. Previous roles include Staff Lean Engineer and Production Manager at Hubbell Lighting, where responsibilities involved facilitating Kaizen events and overseeing the Kanban system. Prior to that, Sterling worked as Lead Supervisor at Hubbell Lighting and owned two Sears Dealer Stores, achieving significant annual sales. Additionally, Sterling served as Plant Manager at Dollinger Corp., responsible for operations across multiple facilities. Educational qualifications include certifications in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing from Hubbell Inc., alongside a foundational education from Rochester Institute of Technology and ongoing certification with APICS in Shop Floor Control.
