Tom Rich has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Tom began their career in 1992 as Division Vice President at AutoZone de México. Tom then moved to Sales Manager at World Financial Group (WFG) in 1999 and Regional Sales Manager at Intuit in 2001. In 2002, they became Chief Sales Officer/Partner at PayrollAmerica, where they were responsible for organizing and managing all sales functions. From 2009 to 2012, they were Executive VP of Sales at Qqest Software Systems, where they headed up and chaired Think Tank Groups in key states throughout the country, developed and created preferred partnerships with the largest regional bank in the Western and Eastern United States, created and partnered with the largest law firm association in the United States, and headed up and won the business for the Charter League of Schools in the United States. From 2015 to 2018, they were Vice President of Global Business Development at Asure Software. From 2019 to 2021, they were Non Executive Member Board Of Directors at MYCAB Travel UK Ltd. Currently, they are Global Vice President of Sales at HubEngage.
Tom Rich obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from Utah State University between 1992 and 1995. In 2002, they completed a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in 2004. In April 2021, they received two certifications from SHRM as a SHRM Recertification Provider.
