Every day we go to work, hoping to do two things – make great food and ice-cream for people in a happy environment and to a make the world a little better. This was our intent when we opened our first store in 2016 from its first store in Ahmedabad and it’s just as true today.

Back then, our vision started to take shape from a single store — making the best ice-cream and delicious food served in the most innovative ways at Ahmedabad’s bustling – Judges Bungalow Road. The store offered customers delicious freshly churned ice-cream made fresh at the store, unique and handmade toppings alongside freshly baked pizzas and other savoury foods.

We are inspired by our travel across the world and across the length and breadth of India – and the experiences we’ve encountered. Over the years we have worked to combine – India’s love for ice-cream and food with award-winning ice-cream making techniques and authenticity of flavour for the food we serve.

The Huber & Holly stores are a destination for families, friends and indeed customers of all ages and types, for those who love exceptional food, at great prices in a warm and inviting environment.

From the very beginning – Huber & Holly has set out be a very different type of company – one that not only celebrated ice-cream and food but one that brings people together in everyday celebration.
