Viktor Nordmark started their work experience in 2008 as a Maintenance Manager at OSLO KOMMUNE UTDANNINGSETATEN, where they were responsible for daily operations, monitoring and controlling climate systems, and managing the caretaker and cleaning team. In 2014, they worked as a Project Engineer-Electrics at National Oilwell Varco until September of that year. From 2014 to 2016, they became a Marketing Consultant and founder at EGV Engineering. In 2015, they founded Uttr and worked there until May 2018. Since September 2016, Viktor has been working as a Co-Founder & CMO at Hubert.ai, where they focus on building a solution that automates the screening process for job applicants.
Viktor Nordmark completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Management and Innovation at Uppsala University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, in 2015 to 2016, they attended the Uppsala School of Entrepreneurship at Uppsala University. In December 2016, Viktor obtained a certification in Inbound from HubSpot.
