Darsan Babu

Darsan Babu has over 7 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they worked as a Business Analyst at Hubject. Prior to that, they interned at the Board Office of Henkel in 2022 and was a Management Consulting Intern at BASF in 2021.

From 2017 to 2020, Darsan worked at CCC INTERNATIONAL, starting as a Business Management Associate and later becoming a Junior Engineer. During their time there, they implemented Lean management principles to streamline the budget approval system, resulting in a 10% increase in efficiency. Darsan also managed accounts, developed customer relationships, and conducted a SWOT analysis to suggest a new business strategy.

Before that, Darsan worked as a Store Manager at Cafe D'Arabia from 2014 to 2016. Darsan successfully engaged with customers, led a marketing campaign, and initiated a scheme to distribute excess food to the needy.

In 2015, Darsan interned as a Junior Engineer at Hindustan Organic Chemical Ltd, where they updated plans and assisted in creating reports and organizing data.

Darsan Babu's education history begins with their completion of a Master's degree in Digital Transformation and Information System Management from the University of Cambridge. Darsan attended this program up until the year 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Darsan pursued a Master of Management and Engineering in Technology, Innovation, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship at RWTH Business School.

Before their postgraduate studies, Darsan earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they received their primary and secondary education at Indian School Muscat, where they studied from 2000 to 2012.

In terms of certifications, Darsan has obtained several. In December 2021, they completed the "Product Management: Building a Product Strategy" certification from the Project Management Institute. In July 2020, they acquired the "Lean Management for all sectors" certification from Udemy. Furthermore, in June 2020, Darsan obtained a German language certificate from Goethe-Zentrum Hyderabad. Lastly, in November 2019, they achieved an IELTS score of 8.0, certified by the British Council.
