Sales Operations Lead at Hubject

Philipp Janzen's work experience starts in 2010 as a Trainee/Student and Sales Consultant at Wilkhahn. Philipp then worked as a Sales and Operations Assistant at Wilkhahn UK from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Wilkhahn again as a Project Manager Sales Coordination, and also started working at Bosch as a Jr. Commercial Manager in Sales Semiconductors and Sensors. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at both companies simultaneously. In 2017, they left Wilkhahn and continued working at Bosch until 2017. In 2019, they joined Hubject as a Manager of Market Development, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Senior Manager of Market Development at Hubject and is currently in this position.

Philipp Janzen obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from Hochschule Weserbergland in 2010-2013. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Management at Steinbeis Hochschule from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they participated in a Double Degree program and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from Universidade Católica de Santos.

In addition to their formal education, Philipp Janzen has also obtained several certifications. Philipp became a Salesforce Certified Administrator in October 2020. In February 2019, they completed a certification in Agiles Projektmanagement from LinkedIn. In terms of language proficiency, they achieved a CEFR Level C1 in the IELTS Academic exam conducted by the British Council in April 2015. Furthermore, they obtained a DELF certification at the B1 level from the Commission nationale du DELF et du DALF in May 2009.
