Tasmin Rüffert has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Currently, they are working at Hubject as a Team Lead Operations, where they lead two customer success teams and develop KPIs for SLA based metrics. They are also responsible for redesigning the Zendesk Guide instance. Prior to this, Tasmin worked as a Team Lead Business Operations at Hubject, leading a team of project managers and improving onboarding and business operations processes. They have also held roles as a Senior Onboarding Project Manager, Onboarding Project Manager, and Customer Excellence Manager B2B at Hubject. Before joining Hubject, Tasmin worked at Plugsurfing as a Product Support & Delivery Manager and Produktsupport-Spezialist. They also gained experience as a Strategy Coordinator at Maastricht University Green Office for two different periods. Additionally, Tasmin served as a Student Assessor to the Psychology Faculty Board at Maastricht University and held various roles at NovUM Maastricht, including Political Officer and Member of the Faculty Council. They started their professional journey as the Chair of the Committee for Engaging Youth at OLMUN e.V., where they organized a youth MUN conference and directed discussions on youth engagement in policy making.
Tasmin Rüffert completed their education in a chronological order, starting in 2013. Tasmin attended Maastricht University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a field of study in Psychology. Tasmin then went on to pursue a master's degree in Public Policy & Human Development with a specialization in Regional Integration & Multi-Level Governance. From 2017 to 2019, Tasmin Rüffert attended both Maastricht University and the United Nations University-MERIT to obtain their MSc in Public Policy & Human Development.
