Marcus O'Connell is an accomplished founder and CTO with over 20 years of experience in building and scaling technology products and teams. Currently serving as a Fractional CTO and technical advisor, they have worked with numerous early and growth-stage companies, offering strategic and operational support. Marcus co-founded and held the CTO position at Nexala and Jeecom Inc., both of which were acquired by prominent firms. They also serve as a non-executive director for Hubli and have provided advisory services to various SaaS solutions, including Sentient Solutions and Clubforce. Marcus earned their Ph.D. in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and continues to mentor high-growth technology companies.
