Leandro Lacerda is a financial executive with a robust background in the industrial and service sectors, blending strategic vision with a focus on sustainable value generation. Leandro has led multidisciplinary teams and delivered consistent results in complex transformation scenarios. They have extensive experience in M&A projects, including due diligence, financial structuring, and valuation, as well as managing relationships with banks and strategic stakeholders. Currently, Leandro is the Head of Finance at HubLocal, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making while pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics at the Universidade de São Paulo.
