Tom Evans

Tom Evans is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the Cyber Security, Testing, Inspection, and Certification sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Search Consultant for Hubscale since March 2025, Tom specializes in high-stakes assignments for VC/PE backed and public vendors. Previously, as a Recruitment Manager at CSG Talent from December 2023 to March 2025, Tom led a team in successfully recruiting global talent, exemplified by notable placements such as managing directors and business development leaders in the TIC sector. Prior to that, Tom honed recruitment skills at Core Talent Recruitment from July 2017 to December 2023, progressing from a Senior Recruitment Consultant to a Principal Recruitment Consultant in the International Construction division. Early career experience includes a role at Asda as a shop floor assistant and checkout operator.
