Paul Whitaker has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Paul began their career in the U.S. Army as a Signals Intelligence Analyst, where they were responsible for delivering mission critical reporting in support of anti-terrorism missions. During their time in the Army, Paul developed custom software and used Geospatial Intelligence Systems and Link Analysis tools to provide strategic insights to decision makers.

After leaving the Army in 2004, Paul worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at Perkins Logistics and as a Windows Application Developer at Dominion Enterprises. At Dominion Enterprises, they were responsible for developing Windows applications.

In 2008, Paul joined Microsoft as a Senior Application Development Consultant. In this role, they worked on projects related to Business Intelligence, Enterprise Search, and collaboration. Paul played a crucial role in envisioning, architecting, and delivering professional solutions using Microsoft technologies. Their contributions saved millions of dollars and enhanced information management capabilities for organizations in the law enforcement and security fields.

From 2014 to 2020, Paul worked at Hubstream, a company that builds crime analytics software. Paul first served as a Principal Consultant, where they worked closely with customers to deploy and configure Hubstream technologies. Paul also facilitated collaboration between customers and the internal development team. Later, Paul became the Director of Customer Success, responsible for ensuring measurable improvements in mission success factors for Hubstream products. Their most recent role at Hubstream was Vice President of Customer and Partner Success.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in technical consulting, software development, and customer success management. Paul has a strong background in law enforcement and security, with extensive experience in using technology to address evolving mission needs.

Paul Whitaker holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Management, which they obtained from the University of Maryland from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Technology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Paul has also earned the Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft in May 2019.
