Shpetim S. has an extensive work experience in the field of technology development and management. Shpetim is currently working as the Senior Director of Engineering at HubSync since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at TECH FRAME from November 2021 to October 2022.

Before that, Shpetim held various roles at Telegrafi, starting as a Web Developer from June 2011 to June 2012, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the website. Shpetim then became the Chief Technology Officer from June 2012 to September 2022, overseeing all technology aspects of the largest online media platform in the Albanian language, leading a team of developers and engineers, implementing new technologies and features, and managing budgets and resources.

In addition, Shpetim worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Polymath Labs from October 2019 to September 2021, managing multiple projects and leading a team to deliver high-quality software solutions for clients. Shpetim provided technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers while ensuring adherence to best practices and maintainable code standards.

Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at UCXmarket from November 2017 to October 2019, a Full Stack Developer at OpenResearch from August 2017 to December 2017, and later as a Part-Time Full Stack Developer from December 2017 to April 2018.

Shpetim's earlier experience includes working as a Software Developer at TECH FRAME from August 2016 to August 2017 and as a Lead Web Developer at APPSIX from May 2014 to June 2015.

Shpetim S. earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Software Engineering from AAB College, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS). These certifications include Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate, obtained in November 2021, and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, obtained in August 2021.
