Stuart Blyth has been working in the finance industry since 2004. Stuart began their career as a Specialised Finance Manager at Nedbank, where they worked on finance projects in Capital Markets and valued the bank's $700 million derivatives book. In 2007, they moved to Al Tamimi Investments as a Venture Development Manager, where they created and executed financial analyses in support of the investment process and performed due diligence in terms of the entrepreneur, opportunity and market after the initial selection process. In 2011, Stuart became a Co-Founder of Comet Computing and also took on the role of Portfolio Manager at SilverBridge, where they managed an implementation team of 22 people on a ten-phase, three-year implementation project. In 2015, they moved to Rubix Digital Solutions as a Managing Executive, and then to Hubtiger as a Co-Founder in 2018.

Stuart Blyth obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IE Business School in 2014, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2006, they became a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Stuart earned an Honours in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 2003, after graduating from Pretoria Boys High School in 1997. In 2017, they completed an online course in MIT Fintech: Future Commerce from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
