Eric Lozano Férriz

Eric Lozano Férriz has three years of work experience. In 2020, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Hubtype, where they implemented a new infrastructure for training text classification models using AWS services, implemented Deep Learning models for different NLP tasks, and migrated NLP models to the state-of-the-art using Transformers. In 2019, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Serimag, where they developed Text Classification models and Named Entity Recognition models for Bank and Assurance documents. Additionally, they held a Back-end Developer Internship at Bodas.net in 2019.

Eric Lozano Férriz completed a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería informática from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 2016 and 2020. Eric is currently enrolled in a Master in Artificial Intelligence program at VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia, which they began in 2021.
