Kike Bou

Kike Bou has a varied work experience, beginning with a Personal Banker role at Caixa Galicia in 2006. In 2010, they took on a Director role at DECATHLON FRANCE, followed by a Subdirector and Manager role at the same company. In 2018, they became a Special Guest for Batch 23 at 500 Startups, and also a Director of Customer Success / People Analytics / HR and HR Product Director at TeamEQ. In 2019, they held an HR Advisor role at Elementus, and in 2020, they became a Consultor en recursos humanos as a freelancer, and a People Director at Hubtype.
