Sofía Muntaner

Sofía Muntaner has held a variety of roles in customer success, international business development, and sales. From 2021 to present, they have been the Head of Customer Success at Hubtype. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Customer Success at Electronic IDentification (eID), where they were responsible for creating, organizing, managing, and growing the Customer Success department. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Customer Success Manager at ForceManager, managing the life cycle of clients and advising them on best practices. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Customer Success Professional at Teamleader CRM, responsible for managing the life cycle of clients and supporting them in the stages of implementation, adoption, and retention of the program. From 2016 to 2017, they were an International Business Developer at Tecnología e Innovación Médico Estética, managing and developing the International Department. From 2015 to 2016, they were an International Business Developer at Agua de Gracia, SL, managing and developing the Export Department and obtaining commercial agents and distributors around the globe. In 2015, they also had an internship at the digital advertising company Xposting-Service in Hamburg, Germany, where they were responsible for first contact and registration of new partners around the globe, as well as design, creation, and editing of web pages in CMS.

Sofía Muntaner has a varied educational background. Sofía began their studies in 2011 at Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, where they studied Civil Engineering. Sofía then moved on to Technical University of Liberec from 2012 to 2013, studying Information Technology and Business Studies. In 2013, they transferred to Wroclaw University of Science and Technology for the same field of study. From 2014 to 2015, they attended both Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz (FH) and Neisse University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Information and Communication Management.
