Peter Golaszewski has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Peter started their career as a Chef de Cuisine at The Epicurean Restaurant, where their menu concept gained national attention. Peter then became the Executive Chef at The Feed Store Restaurant, where their farm-to-table concept attracted citywide acclaim. After that, they joined Tappan Street Restaurant Group as the Corporate Executive Chef of Taco Mac, before being promoted to the Director of Culinary Development and Procurement. Peter then worked as the Director of Purchasing at Atlanta Bread Company / Bake One, and currently holds the position of Vice President Supply Chain at Huddle House, Inc. Throughout their career, Peter has been recognized for their creativity and innovation in culinary development.
Peter Golaszewski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University from 1997 to 2001. Peter then pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Grand Rapids Community College from 2002 to 2003.
