Vikas Dua

Vikas Dua is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of diverse experience across hospitality, education, IT-ITES, and public relations. Currently, they serve as the Head of People at Weber Shandwick India, where they drive talent and culture strategy for a leading marketing communications company. In addition to this role, Vikas is an Executive Fellow at Woxsen University, focusing on future-ready higher education, and actively engages as a community creator at Attayn. They are the founder of the 'HR in my HeaRt' brand, authoring a book that combines prose and poetry to share insights on leadership and personal development.
