Niklas Schmidt

Niklas Schmidt is an experienced Industrial Designer currently working at Huddly since February 2017. Previous positions include Interaction Designer at Cisco for a summer in 2015, Designer at Designit in 2014, and Interaction Designer at Powel AS in 2014. Experience as a Photographer, specializing in concert photography, was held from February 2013 to February 2014, along with a role as a Machine Operator at Volvo Trucks in 2013, focusing on sheet metal manufacturing. Niklas also worked as an Industrial Designer during a summer position at Sommardesignkontoret Fagersta/Norberg in 2012. Academic credentials include an MA in Industrial Design from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design (2012-2015), an Industrial Design Intensive at Umeå Institute of Design (2011-2012), and a BSc in Design & Product Realisation from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (2008-2011).
