Tom Raz

Tom Raz currently serves as Lead Engineer at Hudl, a role held since February 2025. Previously, Tom was Co-Founder and CTO of Balltime, a company specializing in AI-driven video analysis for sports, which was acquired by Hudl. Before Balltime, Tom co-founded Sorted, which automated tax preparation for freelancers and was acquired by Deel, and worked as Chief Architect at Zeitgold, providing financial management solutions for small businesses, also acquired by Deel. Earlier experience includes being Co-Founder and CTO of Homie, a text analysis platform for rental properties, and a Senior Software Engineer at Intigua, focusing on application sandboxing and deployment. Tom's foundational work in technology began in Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, where leadership roles spanned software engineering and data science. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
