Hudson Barry Pilates has two wonderful Sydney based Pilates studios.

We opened our first Pilates studio in Moorebank in September 2002. It's a large beautiful open space, fully equipped with contemporary and classical equipment with a rejuvenating, calming ambiance, that ready's you to work hard yet create a sense of calm all at once!

September 2012, 10 years on & with rocking success, we wanted to spread the love.
So we launched ourselves into Surry Hills.

Sydney got to welcome another beautiful Hudson Barry Pilates Studio, a large airy space with the same ambience, same +ve attitude & hardcore Pilates classes - just a little more central for those near the city.

We teach with a classical style and currently have a mix of contemporary & classical equipment. The first city based Pilates studio to offer Tower classes.

One of our mottos is Stronger, Leaner, Younger (even taller!) so if you want a bit of that in your life, email to request a time & location for your initial consultation (compulsory to commence). We'll assess you & get you started, learning & working out right from the get go. We'll make a plan based on your goals.

Your plan may require semi-private or private work for a while (depending on your needs or desires) or we may allow you to jump right into our group studio sessions after your first IC.

We work for strength & progression in our group studio classes, keeping it individual with a high touch corrective approach. We want our clients to understand the why behind the method.

Rehab or elite level work will most definitely require privates & semi-privates where your program is highly individualised and results are fast tracked.

Book now for your initial consultation to get started & make the changes you've always dreamed of.
