Max Rayner

Max Rayner is an accomplished technology and product executive with more than 20 years of global experience. Prior to joining Hudson Crossing in 2012, Max served as TravelClick’s Senior Vice President of Product Engineering & General Manager for Reservations Solutions, leading a team focused on hotel distribution and SaaS e-commerce solutions. Max also served as Chief Technology Officer at Travelzoo, Executive Vice President of Products & Services and Chief Information Officer at SurfControl, the Vice President of Systems Architecture at Salesforce.com, and Director-Worldwide Data Centers & Infrastrucure at Sun Microsystems.

Max was born in Africa, and educated in Europe and the United States. He has a M.B.A. in Finance from UCLA. Max is based in Palo Alto, California.
