Sheldon Minnus

Sheldon Minnus serves as the Director of Teens and Young Adult Services at Hudson Guild since September 2024, overseeing the design and implementation of College Access and Career Readiness programming as well as managing academic and enrichment operations. As the Founder and Executive Director of Victory United Inc since August 2019, Sheldon successfully established a community nonprofit aimed at supporting at-risk youth through various programs, including sports leagues. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at New York Edge from September 2017 to September 2024, where Sheldon launched a college readiness program that significantly improved student attendance and academic performance. Sheldon also held multiple positions at the Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation from 2007 to 2024, including Program Director and Athletic Director, overseeing significant educational and athletic initiatives. Sheldon holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Administration from The City University of New York.
