The Hudson River Rowing Association is an award - winning, volunteer - run rowing association that provides extensive club rowing opportunities for people of all ages, abilities and goals in the Hudson Valley. HRRA also owns and operates the HRRA Boathouse in Poughkeepsie, New York, providing a home for eight regional scholastic and adult rowing operations.
