Chris Bowen

Chris Bowen is an experienced leader in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) with a strong background in solution design and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Global RPO Solution Design Leader at Hudson RPO since May 2024, Chris previously held the position of Head of RPO Solutions at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions from May 2022 to April 2024. Prior to that role, Chris was the Global Director of Solution Design at Korn Ferry Futurestep, contributing to the firm's mission of enhancing organizational and individual potential. With a rich history at companies like IBM and Chubb Insurance Company, Chris has developed a robust skill set in providing innovative recruitment solutions and managing recruitment services across various industries. An alumnus of the University of Edinburgh, Chris holds a MA (Hons) in Classical Studies, underscoring a strong academic foundation.
