Halima Ibrahim possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held various roles across multiple organizations since 2010. Halima's career began at JobSpeed HR Consulting as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included achieving hiring goals and managing requisitions. Subsequent positions include Recruitment Specialist at RHB Banking Group, where Halima conducted onboarding sessions and aligned hiring expectations, and roles at notable companies such as EY as a Senior Associate, focusing on expatriate hiring, and MSD as a Global Talent Advisor. Halima's expertise further expanded in leadership roles, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Hudson RPO, and previously as Section Head Talent Acquisition at MCIS Life. Halima holds a BBA (Hons) in Finance from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
