Lucy McBean

Lucy McBean is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and client solutions. Currently serving as Client Solutions Director at Hudson RPO since March 2022, Lucy previously held various leadership roles at The Adecco Group between 2005 and 2022, including Manager of International Business at Spring Executive Japan, where responsibility encompassed complex hiring challenges and strategic client management. Additionally, Lucy has extensive experience in digital marketing and business operations, recruitment consulting, and project management, with a strong focus on relationship management and team leadership. Lucy holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology and Politics from the University of Stirling, earned in 1999.
