Pratima Prasad

Pratima Prasad is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently working at BASF via Hudson RPO since August 2024, having previously held several talent acquisition roles within the organization and with other companies. Pratima has successfully partnered with various divisions in organizations such as Saputo Dairy Australia and the University of Newcastle, delivering effective sourcing strategies and optimal talent solutions. Pratima’s talent acquisition experience spans across multiple sectors, including project services for the NSW and ACT Government, as well as the early childhood industry. Pratima holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Macquarie University and has also attained a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate from Riverina TAFE.
