Iris Vanhoof

Iris Vanhoof is a Senior Consultant in Reward Management at Hudson Benelux, where they demonstrate enthusiasm and a flexible, result-driven approach to their work. They previously held roles as a Consultant and Junior Consultant in Organisational Talent Management at the same company. Iris completed multiple degrees at KU Leuven, including a Master's degree in the Sociology of Labour and Organisation, graduating Cum Laude. They also held administrative positions at Materialise and KU Leuven, and coached a multidisciplinary team on a sustainable project for the city of Leuven. Iris is currently studying at Université de Montréal as part of an Erasmus program.
