Leen Cole

Leen Cole is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in consultancy and assessment roles. Since July 2008, Leen has owned and operated C.O.L.E. HR Consultancy and has concurrently worked as an HR Consultant and Coach for Sanorice Belgium since November 2013. Leen serves as an Associated Consultant at otolith and as a Freelance Senior Assessor for Hudson Benelux. Previous experience includes HR consulting and coaching at Securex, HR Management at BOVA ENVIRO+, and multiple freelance assessment positions with BNP Paribas Fortis and SBS Skill BuilderS. Leen's background also features a role as HR Generalist for Wit-Gele Kruis West-Vlaanderen. Educationally, Leen holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology from Ghent University, obtained in 1992.
