At Hue, we adopt a humanistic and existential approach to therapy. 

Our services focus on helping people navigate their internal shades in a place where they are free to explore their emotional needs while sharing their vulnerabilities and experiences.

Our practice is centred on a holistic, strengths-based and transpersonal counselling methodology. This approach aims to support clients in achieving their goals and developing the confidence and insight needed to navigate a current state of being, past experiences and life-changing events. 

It involves expanding each individual’s internal resources and equipping them with practical skills and strategies that are designed to address and support their needs. 

We support individuals including; adolescents, adults and older adults, as well as couples and families. 

Our services focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parts work, somatic practices, as well as Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), if agreed suitable.

We operate with an intersectional mindset that is intended to accommodate individual learning styles, gender, sexual orientations, and cultural, religious and spiritual backgrounds. Most importantly, trauma informed practice is the pillar that guides the work we do. 

It is an integrated approach that strives to meet the needs of individuals and develop and nurture the inner dimensions of the whole person. 

Hue Therapy is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. However, it originates from Melbourne/ Naarm, Australia. Therefore, online sessions are available to ongoing and new clients from Australia.
