Tom Montilli

EVP, Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Harvard University Employees Credit Union

Tom Montilli has over 19 years of work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Tom began their career at UMassFive College Federal Credit Union as a Marketing Assistant in 2001 and later became a Marketing Manager. In 2006, they joined Harvard University Employees Credit Union as the AVP/Director of Marketing & Public Relations, and then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Marketing in 2010. In 2015, they worked at L.L.Bean as the L.L.Bean Visa Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing programs for the L.L.Bean Visa program. From 2012 to 2015, Tom was a Board Member of the New England Financial Marketing Association. Since 2016, they have been with Harvard University Employees Credit Union, initially serving as the SVP, Chief Marketing & Retail Officer, and presently as the EVP, Chief Experience Officer (CXO).

Tom Montilli attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication. From 2007 to 2010, they pursued an MBA at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, focusing on Business and Marketing.
