Huella Café connects European roasters with traceable, character-driven green coffees while developing Seed2Cup, an agrigenomic intelligence platform for specialty coffee.

We source directly from producers we know and trust — starting in Colombia — and bring selected microlots and balanced regional lots to our EU warehouse in Barcelona. Through Seed2Cup, we are building a new layer of scientific verification for the coffee value chain, combining green coffee sourcing with varietal authentication, genetic traceability and data-driven quality intelligence.

When science meets coffee.
