Daniel Huff

Daniel Huff is a partner at Huff, Powell & Bailey, LLC, where they have significantly impacted the field of medical malpractice litigation since the firm was founded in 2003. With over 130 trials to their name, Daniel has achieved a remarkable 90% defense verdict rate, representing physicians and hospitals across Georgia. Previously, they were a partner at Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP, where they focused on civil litigation and played a key role in firm management. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2018, they were selected as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
