He had worked in Healthcare IT for a major medical organization for 26 years. His job was to keep the network infrastructure working efficiently. That work experience involved trouble shooting for a variety of problems of varying degrees of urgency. It was a very detail-oriented occupation which required the ability to learn new networking and software packages quickly. It also enabled him to interact with many people from various backgrounds within the organization as well as with outside vendors. It was a fulfilling career, but in 2016, his interest in real estate peaked.
