LaTedra Bailey is a dedicated transportation leader with over 25 years of leadership experience, including 12 years in pupil transportation. Passionate about providing safe and reliable transportation, LaTedra has built and led high-performing teams, implemented safety initiatives, and fostered a culture of accountability and respect. Currently serving as the Director of Transportation at Huffman ISD, they previously held positions as Assistant Director of Transportation at Mesquite Independent School District and Transportation Dispatcher at Duncanville ISD. LaTedra is also pursuing further education at Capella University, expected to complete in 2025.
