Jacob Bui

Jacob Bui serves as the Head of Risk Management at Mirae Asset Finance Company in Vietnam since August 2018, having established the Risk Management Department and its processes. Jacob holds a lecturer position at Huflit University, teaching various subjects related to Banking and Finance since August 2014. Prior experience includes roles in risk management and policy at Prudential Finance, Maritime Bank, and Vietnam Prosperity Bank, where responsibilities involved portfolio management, risk analysis, and the development of credit policies. Jacob began a career in software engineering before transitioning into finance and holds an MBA in Economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, alongside a degree in Software Engineering.
