Chris Tanabe is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Huge since February 2019, Chris oversees the Planet Fitness engagement, achieving significant user growth and engagement metrics for the mobile app. Previously, Chris held multiple product management roles where responsibilities included managing the digital strategy for Android.com, developing award-winning design systems, and spearheading ecommerce solutions that increased conversion rates. With a strong foundation in user research and agile methodologies, Chris has also contributed to product development in previous roles at Forsman & Bodenfors and JPMorgan Chase. Chris holds a B.A. in Modern U.S. History from Brown University and is currently pursuing additional studies in Marketing Principles and Practices at New York University.
