Junyu Shen

JunYu Shen is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in antenna and system engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Antenna/System Engineer at Hughes since September 2019, JunYu has successfully led the development of custom phased array antenna prototypes and proposed innovative full-duplex array architectures. Previously, JunYu worked as an Antenna Engineer, where responsibilities included designing reflector feeding systems for satellite ground terminals. Prior to this, JunYu served as a Graduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, pioneering advancements in additive manufactured plastic mm-Wave waveguides, and gained practical experience as an RF Design Intern at SAGE Millimeter, Inc. JunYu holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master's degree in Electronics Science and Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
