Sameer Goyal

Sameer Goyal is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Hughes Network Systems since November 2010. In this role, Goyal is part of the leadership team responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of business systems for both US and international operations. Prior to this position, Goyal held the title of AVP - Global Delivery at Capgemini, overseeing the Communication Service Provider Business Unit across multiple regions. Goyal’s career includes roles such as Director of Engineering at Akamai Technologies, Sr. Delivery Manager and Principal Engineer at Dialogic, and Sr. Member of the Technical Staff in the Wireless Network Division at Hughes Network Systems. Goyal holds both a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
