CJ Quema is an internationally experienced Head of Retail with a robust background in retail management, store operations, marketing, and sales, particularly within luxury brands. They have over 15 years of experience in brand management, retail buying, merchandising, and customer relations, having held key positions at notable companies like HUGO BOSS, Bulgari, and Ermenegildo Zegna. Quema coordinated the establishment of over 120 retail shops across multiple countries and currently pursues a Master of Business Administration at Kasetsart University while also completing a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication at Saint Louis University.
