Many changes have taken place in the way shipping services are provided since Mr. Hugo Trumpy, a dynamic Norwegian businessman, founded the ship agency in Genoa that still bears his name today.

In 1917, Ejner Boesgaard took over the company and one year later Christopher Kielland joined the company as his partner. This is the only aspect to have remained unchanged throughout the history of the company.

Since then, we have never stopped trying to improve the quality of our services and at the same time expanding the range of our activities.
The third and fourth generation of Boesgaard and Kielland are presently leading the company and a dynamic fifth generation is already at work full speed in order to guarantee stability and continuity for many years ahead.
