Hula Therapeutics is a clinical-stage precision immunotherapy company focused on developing treatments for patients with solid cancers. Built on pioneering research from the lab of Dr. John Maris at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Hula combines cutting-edge immunopeptidomics with novel protein engineering to unlock the previously untapped reservoir of tumor-specific, intracellular targets in solid cancers. Our approach is compatible with deploying multiple immunotherapies and is highly differentiated in its ability to deliver therapeutics to a broad distribution of HLA allotypes. Our lead program in neuroblastoma, HLTX-001, is a precision-engineered CAR-T therapy currently being evaluated in a Phase 1b clinical trial.
