Simon Bowman is a certified professional in Training and Education Practices (PTP) and an Associate member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, Simon has consistently delivered effective learning solutions. They have worked at Hull College for over a decade, progressing from tutor to Head of Department, where they now manage a team that provides high-quality, fully funded training courses across the Humber region. Previously, Simon served as a Learning and Development Manager at Cattles, overseeing training programs for over 700 employees across multiple call centers.
