The Hulsebosch Hope Foundation (HHF) is a family foundation based in Chicago, Illinois that funds 501(c)(3) public charities that seek to serve the needs of under-resourced communities in the greater Chicagoland area, especially those on the south and west sides of the city. HHF supports organizations that foster creative and sustainable programs to promote physical, mental, and economic well-being.

HHF looks to support organizations in the Chicago area focused on making an impact in one of these four areas: Good health and well-being, quality education, meaningful work and economic growth, fostering a sustainable community.
