Previously, as the Director of New Product Development and Innovation at Silverchair, Dustin led innovation efforts in the core platform and developed new products. As the Director of Innovation Programs at The Inovo Group, Dustin managed innovation projects for Fortune 500 companies. Dustin also served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Armadillo Group and worked as a Program Officer/Teacher at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School. Dustin holds an MBA in Strategy and International Business from the University of Michigan, a Semester Exchange in Asian Business, Politics & Society from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a BA in Philosophy from Villanova University.
