Farnaz Behroozi

Farnaz Behroozi, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Scientist at UC Irvine for two years before transitioning to EPFL, where they held the role of Scientist until 2015. In 2018, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant for a year, followed by a three-year tenure as a Management Consultant at Deloitte from 2019 to 2022. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Leader until 2023. Farnaz's future plans include a position as the Head of Pharma at Huma starting in October 2023.

Farnaz Behroozi, Ph.D. obtained their Executive MBA from London Business School in 2025. Prior to that, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 2018. In addition, they completed a Joint Programme in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, resulting in a second Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) between 2014 and 2016. Farnaz also holds a Master of Engineering - MEng in BME from UC Irvine, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Lastly, they achieved a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics from the University of California, Riverside in 2010.
