Mark Gilder is currently the Global Head of Legal at Huma since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Lawyer, providing legal support to the Consulting Division (Technology) from November 2020 to May 2022. Mark also served as the General Counsel for Deloitte's International award-winning technology consultancy and product developer from February 2020 to November 2020. Mark was the Legal Director at Mitie, overseeing all legal matters for a group of businesses from April 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they held the role of Head of Legal at Mitie's Facilities Management Division from January 2010 to April 2017. Mark also worked as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team at DAC Beachcroft LLP from January 2008 to January 2010 and at Blake Morgan LLP from January 2006 to January 2008, where they opened a new Morgan Cole office in Bristol. Mark started their career as a Solicitor in the Corporate Team at Clarke Willmott from September 2002 to January 2006.
Mark Gilder completed their education at Swansea University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained an LLB degree in Law and Politics. Mark then attended the University of Bristol from 1998 to 1999, earning an LLM degree. Finally, in 1999 to 2000, they pursued a Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.
