Walid Hallassou

Walid Hallassou has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Walid is currently serving as the Vice President of Healthcare MENA at Huma since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor and Board Member at Comin starting in 2020. In the same year, they co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nicole Nudge Technology. From 2018 to 2022, they held the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at PharmaSystems Limited. Walid also spent a significant portion of their career at GlobeMed Group, where they held various roles such as General Manager, Regional Vice President, Acting General Manager, Project Manager, and Profit Center Manager. Their tenure at GlobeMed Group spanned from 1999 to 2017.

Walid Hallassou holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology from the American University of Beirut, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Walid then pursued a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree at the Lebanese American University from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration from the ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL between 2006 and 2008.
